Hello!
Looks like a great blog! I will be reading this often!!!

Act of Change at the grocery store.
At the begining of the first tuesday of the month the COOP has 10% day. I always collect all my cupons and my list and head out for the store.

As I search through the store for the items I had cupons for I kept finding extras of the cupons on those items on the shelf.
At first I thought someone had acidently left them behind then to I came upon a randon Be the Change Card. Wow.
Remeber sometimes a couple extra cents of makes a big diference.

My mom rarely goes through the drive through at Tim Horton’s but the other day she decided to treat herself.
She order a medium coffee and when she got up to the window to pay, the worker told her that it had been purchased by the vehicle ahead of her. She was very grateful and even quite shocked that someone actually do that for a complete stranger.

This is a neat experiment to try if you are interested:

Consciously try and say at least ten positive things before even considering giving voice to something negative. Hopefully your efforts will be “catchy”.

Let us know how you make out and what effect it had/has for you!

God bless you all!!

I found this wonderful card on my desk- not sure how it arrived- but it is such a great idea.
Notice -choose-act. I “noticed” a yoga class, “chose” to try it and it has greatly changed how I “act” physically, emotionally & spiritually. At the end of each practice we repeat, “May I become the change I want the world to be.”
Change can come by counting your blessings instead of wanting for more. Try it–you cannot be depressed or afraid when counting your own reasons to be grateful.
“When you are grateful fear disappears and abundance appears” -Anthony Robbins
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer
This is a wonderful time of year to try out an act of change
with loving kindness.

Stephanie, you are the change. You are caring. You think of everyone and never exclude anyone. You always think of other people and do wonderful things for others, yet you make it seem so effortless. You inspire me. I hope I too can someday be the change the way you already are. Thank you for being the change you wish to see in the world. Your dear friend, Carol.
